      • Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) –Industrial R&D Accelerator (MOFET)
        Employment Type: Full-Time

        Position Overview
        We are seeking a results-driven andstrategically minded Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead an Industrial R&D Accelerator focused on transforming ideas and challenges arising within
        manufacturing companies into validated technologies and commercial products.

        The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the manufacturing world,
        combined with a strong understanding of the innovation ecosystem, including
        investors, academia, and government.

        Key Responsibilities
        Lead the accelerator’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and stakeholder engagement.
        • Identify and support high-potential technological ideas generated within production environments, and lead their development into products or ventures.
        • Build and manage partnerships across the industrial sector, academia, government bodies, and the investment community.
        • Oversee the development and implementation of structured R&D and validation processes.
        • Represent the accelerator in front of external partners, public entities, and funding bodies.
        • Lead fundraising efforts to support both the accelerator's activities and the portfolio projects, including public and private sources.
        • Facilitate access to investment opportunities for mature projects or spin-outs emerging from the accelerator.

        Required Qualifications:

        · Significant executive experience inproduction-oriented industrial companies, including hands-on involvement in product development, innovation, or R&D.
        · Demonstrated ability to lead thetransformation of industrial concepts into validated, marketable technologies.
        · Strong, active network across the innovation ecosystem: industrial companies, investors, academia, and public stakeholders.
        · Proven experience in fundraising, securingpublic grants, and working with private investors or venture capital.
        · Solid understanding of the investmentlandscape and commercialization processes.
        · Excellent leadership, communication, andstrategic planning skills.
        · Familiarity or experience in the built environment sector is astrong advantage.

        Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) –Industrial R&D Accelerator (MOFET)
        Employment Type: 75–100%

        Position Overview
        We are seeking a highly capable and broadlyskilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technological dimension of an Industrial R&D Accelerator focused on transforming ideas from
        production-oriented companies into validated, impactful solutions.

        The CTO will be responsible for assessing thetechnological feasibility of ideas sourced from the industrial sector, shaping
        their development plans, and overseeing R&D processes from concept to prototype. This role requires a broad and deep understanding of a wide range of technologies, with the ability to quickly evaluate unfamiliar domains and guide
        multidisciplinary efforts effectively.

        Key Responsibilities
        Lead the technical evaluation of ideas emerging from within industrial manufacturing companies.

        • Define and oversee the technological roadmap of selected projects, including R&D milestones, proof-of-concept development, and
          prototyping.
        • Apply broad technological knowledge to identify strengths, gaps, and risks in early-stage projects across diverse disciplines (e.g., mechanics, electronics, automation, software, materials).
        • Serve as a trusted advisor to industrial partners, engineers, and academic collaborators throughout the development process.
        • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, applied research institutions, tech experts, and relevant service providers.
        • Support applications to relevant public funding programs and technological due diligence processes.

        Required Qualifications:

        • Extensive experience (8+ years) in technology development, engineering leadership, or industrial R&D roles.
        • Broad technological expertise, with proven ability to operate across multiple domains and quickly assess new technologies.
        • Strong background in translating industrial challenges or ideas into feasible product development pathways.
        • Hands-on experience with product definition, prototyping, testing, and scale-up.
        • Familiarity with academic and applied research collaboration processes.
        • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

        Preferred Qualifications

        • Experience in working with both traditional industry and deep-tech/startup environments.
        • Previous involvement in Israel Innovation Authority-funded programs or similar frameworks.
        • Existing relationships with experts in engineering, design, prototyping, and testing services.

        Ideal Candidate:

        A multidisciplinary technologist with broadtechnical insight and strong execution skills, who thrives at the intersectionof industry and innovation. Someone who can guide ideas from the factory floor to functional prototypes - and who speaks both the language of engineers andthe logic of real-world product development.
